• 5+ years of software development experience with modern languages (Java, Python, C#, or Go) • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices • Proficiency in database design (both SQL and NoSQL) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and experience working in agile teams • Experience in the energy sector is an asset but not required
