Field Service Technician

Shaw Communications is hiring Field Service Technicians to join our Calgary team. You'll install, troubleshoot, and repair Shaw's cable, internet, and phone services in residential and business locations across Calgary. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys technical work, customer interaction, and working independently. You'll visit customer sites, diagnose technical issues, install equipment, and ensure customers are satisfied with their service. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is an asset • 1-2 years of technical or customer service experience • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools • Good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required) • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor • Physical ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) • Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
