Benevity is seeking a Product Designer to join our design team and help create intuitive, engaging experiences for our corporate purpose platform. You'll design interfaces that make it easy for employees to give, volunteer, and engage with causes they care about. Your work will directly impact how millions of people connect with charitable organizations.
You'll conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, design user interfaces, and work closely with product managers and developers to bring designs to life. Working in a design-forward culture, you'll have significant influence on product direction and user experience strategy.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and design thinking process
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for creating user-centered designs
