Customer Success Manager

You'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and optimization of our platform. You'll conduct strategic reviews, analyze program data, provide best practice recommendations, and ensure clients achieve their corporate social responsibility goals. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field • 3-5 years of customer success, account management, or client services experience • Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of enterprise software • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret program data • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Project management abilities and attention to detail • Ability to build trust and relationships with senior client stakeholders • Understanding of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is an asset • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
