Full Stack Developer

Benevity is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our Calgary-based engineering team. As a certified B Corporation and leader in corporate purpose software, we're building products that enable companies and people to make a positive impact on the world. You'll work on features that facilitate billions of dollars in charitable giving and volunteering. You'll develop both frontend and backend features, working across our technology stack to deliver solutions for our global client base. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of full stack development experience • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) • Backend experience with Node.js, Java, or similar languages • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices • Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
