Construction Superintendent

PCL Construction is hiring Construction Superintendents for active projects in Calgary. You'll provide on-site leadership, coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. • 5+ years of construction field experience with at least 2 years in superintendent role • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and practices • Excellent leadership and crew management skills • Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with trades and project team • Ability to work in outdoor conditions and physically demanding environment • Valid driver's license; own transportation preferred • Trade certification or construction technology diploma is an asset
