Project Manager - Commercial Construction

PCL Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction projects in Calgary. You'll manage complex building projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, quality, and safety. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field • 5-7 years of commercial construction experience with at least 3 years in project management • Proven track record managing projects valued at $20M+ • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Understanding of construction contracts, safety regulations, and building codes • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project) • P.Eng or PMP designation is an asset • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Valid driver's license for site visits
