4. Job Seeker Terms

Job seekers are responsible for ensuring their profile, resume, and application materials are accurate, current, and truthful. False or misleading information may result in account termination.

4.2 Applications

When you apply for a job through Calgary Jobs, your information is shared with the employer. We are not responsible for how employers use your information beyond our platform. Direct communications between you and employers are outside our control.

4.3 No Guarantee

Calgary Jobs does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes. We provide a platform for connecting job seekers with employers but do not participate in hiring decisions.

5. Employer Terms

5.1 Job Postings

Employers agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Not post jobs that require illegal activities or violate any laws
• Not use the platform to recruit for multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Honor the terms stated in job postings

5.2 Content Ownership

Employers retain ownership of their job postings and company information. By posting on Calgary Jobs, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and in marketing materials.

5.3 Applicant Information

6. Payment and Billing

11. Limitation of Liability
