We're seeking an Indigenous Relations Advisor to join our team and help build strong, respectful relationships with Indigenous communities along our pipeline routes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about Indigenous rights, community engagement, and sustainable resource development.
You'll work with Indigenous communities, leadership, and organizations to support engagement activities, negotiate agreements, and ensure Indigenous perspectives are integrated into Enbridge's decision-making processes. Your work will span the project lifecycle from early consultation through operations, focusing on creating long-term partnerships and economic opportunities.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Indigenous relations, preferably in natural resources or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Indigenous rights, UNDRIP, and consultation frameworks
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Experience negotiating agreements and managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of traditional territories in Alberta and Saskatchewan is an asset
• Understanding of the energy sector and regulatory processes
• Willingness to travel extensively to remote communities
• Valid driver's license required
