Business Account Manager

Shaw Communications is seeking a Business Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of business clients in Calgary. You'll be the primary point of contact for business customers, providing telecommunications solutions that meet their connectivity and communication needs. In this relationship management role, you'll handle account inquiries, identify upsell opportunities, resolve service issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll work with business clients ranging from small offices to enterprise accounts, becoming a trusted telecommunications advisor. This position offers a blend of account management and business development, with opportunities to earn through base salary plus performance incentives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience • 2-4 years of B2B account management or sales experience • Strong relationship management and customer service skills • Understanding of telecommunications products and services • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Self-motivated with ability to work independently • Valid driver's license for client meetings • Knowledge of Calgary business community is beneficial
