Line Cook

Cactus Club Cafe is seeking Line Cooks for our Calgary kitchens. You'll prepare high-quality dishes in our scratch kitchens, working with fresh ingredients and following our renowned recipes. This is an excellent opportunity for cooks who take pride in their craft and want to work in a professional kitchen environment. You'll work various stations including grill, sauté, and garde manger, preparing dishes to Cactus Club's exacting standards. • Previous line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant (minimum 1-2 years) • Food Safe certification required • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices • Physical ability to stand for long periods and work in hot kitchen environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Team player with good communication skills • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends • Culinary training or apprenticeship is an asset
