Customer Service Agent - Airport

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset • Customer service experience required (minimum 1 year) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations • Good computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems • Physical ability to lift and move baggage (up to 70 lbs) • Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset • Valid airside security clearance (obtained through WestJet) • Able to pass comprehensive background check
