Customer Service Representative - Branch Banking

ATB Financial is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Calgary branches. In this front-line role, you'll be the face of ATB, helping customers with their banking needs and providing exceptional service that reflects our Alberta values. You'll process transactions, open accounts, answer customer inquiries, and identify opportunities to refer customers to specialists for more complex financial needs. • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business or Finance is an asset • 1-2 years of customer service experience, banking experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented with good numerical aptitude • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Professional appearance and demeanor • Flexibility to work branch hours including evenings and Saturdays • Sales aptitude and comfort with meeting targets • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset • Bondable and able to pass background check
