Credit Analyst

ATB Financial is looking for a Credit Analyst to join our Commercial Lending team in Calgary. You'll conduct financial analysis and credit assessments for business loan applications, providing recommendations that support sound lending decisions. You'll analyze financial statements, assess business cash flows, evaluate collateral, and prepare detailed credit reports. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or financial analysis • Strong financial statement analysis skills • Understanding of accounting principles and financial ratios • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities • Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment • CPA or progress toward CPA is an asset • Interest in commercial lending and business banking
