Business Banking Relationship Manager

Join ATB Financial's Business Banking team as a Relationship Manager serving small and medium-sized businesses across Calgary. You'll be the primary point of contact for business clients, providing lending solutions, treasury services, and strategic financial advice to help Alberta businesses grow and succeed. You'll manage a portfolio of business relationships, assess credit applications, structure financing solutions, and work collaboratively with product specialists to deliver comprehensive banking services. This role combines relationship management, credit analysis, and business development in Alberta's dynamic business community. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is an asset • 3-5 years of commercial banking or business development experience • Strong understanding of business lending, credit analysis, and financial statement analysis • Knowledge of various business banking products and services • Excellent relationship management and sales skills • Strong credit and risk assessment capabilities • Superior communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships • Valid driver's license for client meetings across Calgary • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
